Welcome to Bo Porter’s Future All-Stars Baseball Development Academy. A one-of-a-kind holistic approach to developing the whole student-athlete with year-round programs for youth ages 5-18 years old, collegiate student-athletes and professional players. We offer StarClub and CLUBHOUSE Memberships, National and International Select & Showcase Teams, elite training camps, professional instructors, multi-sports camps, clinics, retreats, development summits, birthday party rooms, and an interactive virtual learning platform. Our programs are age specific and will prepare today’s stars for tomorrow’s greatness and beyond. Simply stated, We Develop Champions!

- 12,000 Square Feet Indoor Facility
Our indoor facility has (4) hitting tunnels, a pitching development center, multi-purpose turf field, a separate space for strength and conditioning, (2) birthday party rooms, and a broadcast media training center. Prior to joining one of our StarClubs professional staff conduct a 10-point assessment before placement and provide annual evaluations with actionable solutions for improvement.
Group Classification by Ages
Mini-Stars (Age 5 – 8 years old)
Developing fundamentals in fielding, throwing, and hitting. Fit Kids Long-Term Athletic Skills Development Program. Which uses a 12-Point Assessment System. This system is designed to help participants improve, enhance and develop the critical baselines needed for long-term athletic success.
Small Stars (Age 9- 12 years old)
Developing fundamentals in pitching, advanced fielding and hitting. Introduction to team fundamentals and an appreciation for competition. Fit Kids Long-Term Athletic Skills Development Program. Which uses a 12-Point Assessment System. This system is designed to help participants improve, enhance and develop the critical baselines needed for long-term athletic success.
Junior Stars (Age 13 – 14 years old)
Advanced pitching, hitting and team fundamentals. Introduction to saber metrics, strength and conditioning training with an emphasis on power, flexible and core strength. High intensity competition, leadership development, and media training.
Minor Stars (Age 15 – 16 years old)
Advanced pitching, hitting, team fundamentals, analytics, saber metrics, strength and conditioning training with an emphasis on power, flexible and core strength. High intensity competition, leadership development, career days, and media training. National and International competitive tournaments.
Major Stars (Age 17 – 18 years old)
Advanced pitching, hitting, team fundamentals, analytics, saber metrics, strength and conditioning training with an emphasis on power, flexible and core strength. High intensity competition, leadership development, career days, and media training. National and International competitive tournaments and showcase events.

The CLUBHOUSE is a nationwide MEMBERS ONLY group of aspiring baseball players, parents and coaches wanting access to the knowledge shared and gained in a Major League Clubhouse. As a former MLB player, coach, and Manager I know first-hand how much I learned sitting in the CLUBHOUSE and discussing the many facets of the game. The CLUBHOUSE is a baseball community that meets monthly to discuss the game, breakdown fundamentals, and offer wisdom and experience from current and former MLB players, coaches, managers and executives. The CLUBHOUSE monthly events will be held in-person at Bo Porter’s Future All-Stars Baseball Development Academy and streamed live virtually for those unable to attend in person.
